I'm sleeping so much better
I really valued my time working with Miriam on my health goals. I first reached out to Miriam as I was struggling with my sleep and wasn't sure why. Miriam helped me to identify the causes and make the changes I needed to improve this. I now regularly sleep much better and I am more aware of what can impact this.
