A little bit about me...

A L4 qualified Health Coach (with the College of Naturopathic Medicine) who is passionate about all things health and wellness.

My own journey into health coaching began in my mid to late 20s. I had a lack of understanding around nutrition and fitness and was struggling with burnout in a high-pressured job as a teacher. My work-life balance was virtually non-existent and I felt constantly stressed and exhausted, struggling to find both the time and motivation to exercise. I would obsess over calories and developed an unhealthy relationship with food. 

Fast forward 5 years or so, and I have completely overhauled my diet and my approach to fitness. I now eat to fuel my workouts, focusing on the quality and nutritional content of food rather than the calories. I have established structure and an effective daily routine to improve my work-life balance. I have drastically improved my strength and fitness by implementing a consistent training programme that allows for flexibility around my busy work schedule. 

At 32 years old, I feel both physically and mentally the best I have ever felt.

What is health coaching?

  • Health coaching is about helping you develop the tools to make positive changes in your life, whether that be involving weight management, nutrition, sleep hygiene, mental wellbeing, or exercise (or all of the above!) 

  • I support working professionals in setting goals, creating action plans, and overcoming barriers to form healthy habits and achieve optimal health and wellness. 

  • Health coaching is client-centered, focusing on your needs and preferences. It combines elements of education, motivation, and accountability to help you sustain long-term health improvements and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
